are there any shareholders out there who are sick to death of this joke called employee incentive schemes or performance shares.Whatever happened to the old way of if you dont perform you get the ass.especially these small explorers ie pen,ego etc who have not made a cent in profit,yet they want to be rwarded for doing the job they are paid well for.im bloody sick of them diluting my holding for their personal profit.All shareholders,let rip at your agm & let these mongrels know we are not putting up with it anymore,until they make a profit,they have not earned it.
