Oh goodie Megan's back to point out Tonys' pay packet again. I actually think that Tony should have been given an extra 200K and that he is woefully underpaid. I am seriously thinking of flying down to the AGM so that I can make that point in a public forum.

My proposal will be for an increase to a 700K base + 250K performance bonus paid in cash for every 100M of market cap increase (seeming everyone is so obsessed in aligning CEO reward to share price).

So if we were to grow to $2 in the next 12 months Tony will earn $700K base + MCap uplift incentive scheme (500M increase in MCap = 5 x 250K or 1.25M) = 1.95M in earnings + stock and options. Still seems a bit low to me given what our welder friends are earning.

Hopefully Tony can afford a decent car on the new deal, not that bogan gas guzzler he just wasted his money on.
