Tony WQith all due respect,i am sure nobody is interested in your personal salary or that of the rest of this board.I am also sure nobody is interested in your 175K investment here. What we are all interested in is the performance of the company, and since PLV is trading at all time lows, talking rises in salaries in the 2011 and 2012 year and a freeze on the year 2013 is a bit off putting i would think for a number of shareholders who have seen their investments slashed far greater than any CPI figures anyone cares to through around.G Luck
