Going on what sort of money is on offer in the mining game and even by the salaries of some of the top employees in PLV itself - Tonys salary doesn't look excessive to me.

What I do have a problem with is directors issuing themselves cheap just out of the money long dated options or the latest craze shareholder funded loan stock .

This I believe has to be tied to share price performance which clearly in PLV,s case would be unwarranted over the last couple of year's ( IMO )
