The deal for Abydos involved the payment of 500,000 shares in Atlas and payment of a royalty fee of 2% when production commences.The 500,000 shares plus a further 1,800 shares that had been bought by the company afterwards have been sold and the money is incorporated in the 2011 accounts.

The 2% royalty fee has not commenced as Atlas have not started production yet. My recollection of the agreement was that Atlas were entitled to the iron ore on the tenement but Dynasty still retain the rights to other minerals if discovered. I could be wrong on that last point as a I am only going off memory and haven't gone back to the original announcements to check.
