    This is a response to 'The Age' press article on Monday the 5th July, 2010. It is a little more detailed than the ASX announcement, but still public information.

    I believe that the Director's have also written to the Editor of 'The Age' to inform them of the factual mistakes and omissions in the article. The Director's are currently seeking to have the article retracted.
