Why don't we call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), and pose questions to the board?
Under the Corporations Act an extraordinary general meeting can be requested if a minimum of 100 shareholders support
such an action, and it is put in writing to the company.
This EGM would be an unplanned chance to grill the execs about what is going on.
The hard part is getting the signatures of 100 holders, because I don't know 100 holders.
