Facts:
Ahmed Fahour (Director and CEO of NAB) lodged an appendix 3Y notice with ASX(Change of directors interests) on the 5th November - In the notice it states that he has reduced his holdings (ie SOLD on market) 130,000 shares for $3,221,904.65 (Average $24.78) as at 3rd November 2008
On the 10th November 2008 the NAB announces a capital raising at $20.00
