what does ullmer mean, he had missed the opportunity to buy shares at the discounted price ?
firstly, he can still buy $10k in the SPP.
and secondly, he can buy them cheaper now on market.
Selling shares and buying them back 20% cheaper after a week is a pretty attractive transaction.
It is selling with the inside knowledge of actions that would certainly cause a 20% fall in share price which is illegal, whether "board-approved" or not.
what does ullmer mean, he had missed the opportunity to buy...
