It seems rather weak to say "(Ahmed Fahour) did not participate in the institutional placement and had missed the opportunity to subscribe for shares at the discounted price"
The problem was not BUYING shares - it was a company director and CEO SELLING shares at a higher price 1 week prior to an event which is likely to materially affect the share price (Particularly when the price is subsequently likely to drop towards the capital raising price).
