Directors selling down their holdings
Between 11-17 Sep. the three director of PMC were in the market once again selling down their PMC holdings.
This time each director sold 370,019 shares in PMC.
After the market closed yesterday the three directors made 15 announcements with details of the disposal as required by ASX.
Every time in the past, when they have been selling, the stock would fall following the sell down announcement.
As of this morning I'm out of PMC waiting to buy back at lower levels.
Any comments or chart readings ?
