They do this sell down all the time and the three director always sell the same amount of stock.
This past week they sold more than 'normal'.

Not at all out of the question. They do have a very good record as fas as return goes.
btw the holdings of PMC (the share) is similar to the Internations Fund.

However, as Arthur said the premium is getting ahead of the NTA and my point was that the price always drops following the sell down by the three Musketeers.
Right now PMC is down 4.7% for the day.
It never takes a real dive, just fall a few cents every day until a new low for the cycle - you kind get the feeling that someone is proping up the stock for a soft landing.
I'll be back in at some lower entry point.
btw PMC goes ex. div. 10c on 28 Oct.
