Wow! Without counting, about 700,000 shares were sold by 5 directors (or was it 6) on 11/10/12. Has it to do with the escrow? But all the notices say "On-Market". Am I missing something?
Then there is the small matter that shares were reported as sold at $2.20, but according to my graphs, the low on 11/10/12 was $2.23, and that was the lowest for several weeks either side.
And, strangely, the SP went UP strongly after these director sales.
If there is no other explanation, not a good look.
