directors selling

I rather like LYL, although I have never invested in it.

The age of major shareholder/directors could be an issue if they decide to go to pasture, and less driven/competent directors/managers replace them. Planning to discontinue active participation in LYL's affairs could conduce some Directors to sell part of their holdings. This is good news in so far as the share register is thus broadened, and bad news in that it tends to depress prices, although this could be good news for those wanting in.

On recent selling, directors may simply want to diversify their wealth and indulge in some estate planning, or they may have decided there are superior places wherein they can invest their money. Who knows?

I would appreciate comments on director selling over the last year or so.
