I have looked through the trades and really don't feel there is anything for holders to be concerned about.
Firstly the majority of the recent trades relate to Peter De Leo, and if you look through them his shareholding hasn't actually changed in the last 12 months as his 3 recent sell notices for a total of 100k balance against the issue of 100k shares under performance rights in the notice dated 29th August.
Marshall and Leonard have sold 200k each in off market trades earlier this year. Osmetti has recently sold 125k in an off market trade.
Importantly Michael Carrti (largest holder) has not sold any holdings in the last 12 months.
Also if I look through the composition of the board I think there is relative strength and depth in experience from a managerial point of view with two former MD's serving on the board. I also don't see age as an issue as none look like they are immentently "going to pasture". I believe Mick Carrati is around 59 for example.
They seem very focused on growing the business. It is my largest listed holding.
