Reading your post I have a question for you
The dates you mention, 23/6, 24/6 and 26/6, are they sale dates or registration dates?
The extra liquidity is not great, only 5.5 million shares
I believe that their option conversions were to a large part ones which are due to expire on June 30, not the listed options. I surmise that the directors who sell some shares to raise the cash for exercising are for the most part increasing their overall shareholding and voting rights plus rights to any goodies which may come.
I am still waiting to hear if the Chinese Government approval has been tied up. From the previous notices given after signing the agreement with MCC we should soon be advised of the July meeting unless there has been a hitch somewhere.
I believe CFE is a great opportunity for loyal shareholders.
