Shareholders, whether BOD, Insto or Retail are free to buy and sell as they choose. Everyone's situation is such that they make the call.

Have the Directors given a reason why they sold millions of BOE shares they were holdings. Also has the ASX looked into this? quote Raincoat

I am sorry, I wasn't aware they needed to give a reason. If anyone finds their behaviour suspicious then I would suggest they should bail out too and look elsewhere to park their hard earned., IMO.

As for the comment from Alex,Shipway (the evergreen downramper on many stocks he doesn't hold - draw your own reason for his presence here) that Uranium could be $50 ( Shipway - Is uranium going to drop back to $50?
