I think the red flag here was the proportion of shares sold. Cashing out ~75% of your holdings is a telling sign and shows a softening in faith in the company. No arguments against locking in cash gains. However, if the directors "thought" the company had a strong future, surely you'd think they'd continue holding for future returns.
Again, I just think its the sheer amount offloaded that has spooked the market with BOE. I realise of course that other uranium stocks have seen similar declines - although not as much - as BOE.
