Hey all , Hope u don't mind me starting a new thread as didn't want to interrupt your present banter .
I've been going through asx releases and am a little confused .
1; Am I reading it correctly that shareholders gave previous directors the flick ?
2; The current directors have not purchased shares on the market but have been given shares and oppies? as part of a sign on or part of their salary ? [not clear on this ]
