Directors shareholdings

  1. 3 Posts.

I was lookinginto the FY accounts, and noticed that it doesn’t appear that the Chairman ortwo Directors actually own any shares. What does this say about the company andtheir long term belief in it. They have been in the seat for over a year nowand you would think on 100k and 60k you could buy a couple of shares. Givenyour job is to work on behalf of the shareholders, you ought to be one.

I should pointout that as a long time reader, first time poster, I have been interested inFBR for quite a while as love the concept. But the thing that put me off was the 500mill performance shares the Pirvacs receive, and them coincidently meetingthese targets just before the vesting date. Wait for an announcement inearly Nov that they have built the tenth home and they get their second lot of100 mill + shares. That and the cap raise announcement at the same time to fund the next year.
