EvanTee2, this is the grey area as vague about what is being reviewed.
ie if they are reviewing multiple acquisitions, one falls over, they move onto reviewing the next, which creates further delays, but do they have to update the market?
Like I said grey area and why I don't believe appropriate for directors to be buying any shares at present with price sensitive news due and delays around this news (coal acquisition and Tabalong approvals).
Get the message about bigger out cry if bought bigger parcels of shares but point being they shouldn't be buying any at this point.
Not to rapt about the shares they have been issued recently either as seem to be lining their pockets with very little they have actually delivered so far as most of the stuff in play was existing projects they had.
They need to get their mouths out of the trough.
