I was just thinking this morning that there should be a new thread started about this very subject.
I agree that directors, (are you reading this John Elkington?), should be buying shares to show that they have faith that this company will be a success.
If they're not buying shares then what faith do they have in the company? It's all very well to keep on taking a wage and bonuses but it doesn't really show us shareholders that you care about what you're doing.
