    Thanks MC.. ETHICAL STANDARDS. Now theres a bomb waiting to go off. But I agree with your comment regarding the repurchasing of stock etc.. but they wouldn't have got themselves in this shituation if they were either not allowed to borrow against it, or at least advise the market they had done. I mean if a company has 200m shares on issue, the directors have "locked away" 80m you feel pretty comfortable with that, but if the greedy little blighties stick the stock in a lending account with a soup of BHP, NAB, ANZ then they can under certain arrangements get a decent lending ratio. say 45%. You see where this is leading.

    I for one am very annoyed with this and will be talking to the directors of any commpany I invest my clients or my own funds in. I may not change my strategy in regards to investing, but I will be further informed to make a clearer purchasing decision.
