Disappointing to see that Mr Cole doesn't have any shares in beach based on last report. He's thus not feeling any of the pain that the shareholders are. I am a long term holder of Beach and this doesn't stand well with me. Unfortunately now the captain is away from the ship as well during a storm. Maybe time for another leader, who can devote more time to shareholder needs. I understand that he is away for family reasons, but the lack of shareholding is my main concern. What do others think?
