Apart from the options held by directors, their personal
share holdings are minimal & apart from Mr Wanless, I,m sure that many HC contributers have/have had more shares
in GXY. I certainly had.

I believe that directors ought to have skin in the company apart from the company issued options so that there is reason for shareholders to believe that directors self-interest align with that of other shareholders.With a salary package of $2.3 mil, surely the CEO can afford a few more shares @ retail price above his current 69K!
