A very good summary of the current situation Gopher. REE prices at all time lows.
Normal price = $97 million OPEX for about $100 million return on annual basis is ok.
Current prices = $97 million OPEX for about $15 million return on annual basis is not ok and wont happen. Definitely need much higher prices or the French salesman to pull a rabbit out of the hat and negotiate long term contracts at viable rates.
