Having a cashed up majority holder wouldn't make for the most enjoyable experience for a Non-Executive Director to be fair. I'd certainly want adequate insurance cover before I took that role, particularly if you planned to vote against anything that the majority investors were pursuing.
In other news, getting Aussie beef back to China by Christmas is sounding more of a reality. Presumably they ask for the good stuff (Wagyu) first.
