It looks as if UXA have to try and hold together their cash in the bank and the MD leaving, with payoff no doubt, will help do that.
Question is, what happens to the Reliance JV's now the MD who arranged these, has departed?
How will UXA fund their part of the JV's with borrowing so difficult in todays market?
Raising cash by a rights issue would have to be discounted to about 2 cents a share to be safe and underwriting would be a great problem.
Only Chairman Neill Arthur seems to be in a position to inject some medicine into this stock. Can he do it. Yes, with his experience.
