Yes share price is highly disappointing to say the least and comes despite a series of major achievements made in South Africa ? I am as disappointed as anyone, moreso probably as yes it does come down on me as a director of the company.
And yes I am buying shares and have continued to buy shares over the past nine months ? in fact I bought shares only yesterday and this will be announced to the market once settlement has completed.
Clearly we continue to make advances in South Africa in respect to both the operational and financial performance of the business and to say the least it is disappointing to see the share price respond in this manner. The company is operating two mines that are generating positive operating cashflow and is further developing a third mine that is forecast to produce approx. 500,00t of export thermal coal and is expected to have a significant impact on future earnings. We have also received the support of major financial institutions and trading companies. So we are making progress on the ground, but again it is disappointing that the share price is not responding to such activities.
Not looking at ?ramping? up the company in anyway or putting any ?bullshit? out there to shareholders or potential investors, rather just focused on trying to make this company a success.
I and all other directors will continue to work hard to address the poor share price performance and deliver the results that shareholders expect to see.
Many thanks for your email
Jason
