Barnes needs to go! How much time does He need? This is getting ridiculous! Of course directors still get their salaries while shareholders continue to lose money! Asic needs to start level the playing field! If shareprice is lower after 5 years directors need to move on or be penalised! They can make their choice! If they still have faith take the penalty and continue if not then move on! The fact they still get a decent salary is a joke! It's no wonder many asx companies fail! There is no disincentive for directors!
