"Inside trading doesn't happen" .. Your kidding right. Most mining shares only trade because people think they have inside information. Reality is they don't, but people are more than happy to trade when they think they do.
Yes directors backed the strategy, question is whether they knew sales figures when they were buying if the rest of the market also knew. If they had access to bank balances and financials and they traded then clearly that's inside trading. End of story
My biggest concern when I brought into this company is small caps are notorious for poor corporate governance. I hope I'm wrong, but the share price won't be affected long term if the directors know they are under the watch of ASIC and shareholders.
