    FYI:
    I have just noticed that AYN director C.W.M.:
    - bought ~ 16m shares on 1 Feb 2011 for approx 3.5 c ea
    - then sold ~ 20m shares 1 month pater at approx 7.9 c ea
    This is more than 100% gain in 1 month and a lot of money in profit (at least for me ~ $700k is a lot of money)

    But there is no records of transactions since then and according to books he still owns ~ 39m AYN shares.
    So if he did not sell mid Apr 2011 at 14c level then may be it is worth holding now ... ?
