Of course the directors are buying shares in the company. They need to convert options. They need to show the market that they have confidence in their company.
Even the Executive Chairman Geoff Gander purchased a pittance of shares in JPR (500,000). That's $30,000 worth. Give me a break. These guys should be listed on Bendigo Stock Exchange (if it even exits these days).
The extent this company is going to with announcements, presentations and coverage is really some piece of work.
I think you guys have been had. It seems that JPR is going to have problems converting those options.
