you know what these guys probably wont even be replaced. mgt will put a positive spin on it something like this:

"snaith and evans unfairly judged, despite these accusations snaith and evans have had their status upgraded back to directors. snaith and evans thought it best in companies interest to get straight back to work with another cap raising and a bunch of free options for all concerned. they thought options would be best served with no incentives and no vesting period."

guys look at facts, first company denied rumours of the whole event, then they proclaimed innocence, NOW they WONT get dumped, ill bet their status is upgraded back to directors very quickly.
