I put the following up for discussion amongst posters. A poster last week advised that he had contacted the company secretary & had requested an update on flow rates,reserve reports, Omar drilling results & potential suitors etc. If the Seceretary had not responded by telling him nothing but confirming what had been announced to date to the ASX but hypothetically had detailed to HIM & ONLY HIM updates on these "commercially sensitive" issues which would have given this poster an advantage over other uninformed shareholders would that company officeholder have breached the Corporation Law which states: "A company officeholder shall not directly or indirectly communicate price sensitive information which is not generally available to another person if the person knows or ought reasonably know that the other person would be likely to subscribe for, purchase or sell securities or procure a third person to do so.
