I wonder what the regulations are around the calculation of VWAP?
assuming there are no trades at 2.1c (which will basically ensure a vwap today over 2c) - the current vwap will be something like 1.9999c (maybe one too many nines?).
most programs and/or spreadsheets will round that up to 2c. is that the way it works or do they need the number to be 100% accurate to the 10th decimal place or so?
I don't really care either way, i'm just asking for interests sake. imo once the company signs the debt agreement then the directors deserve the incentive shares...
