Been away & just got back.
I think the rather substantial increases in directors' fees are a bit cheeky in view of company performance.
My vote will NO to everything....including the placement facility & re-elections. If they want to do a placement, let them put it to us for approval. That way they wont be giving the company away cheaper than we allow......
