Good in theory, won't happen in almost any company. How would you attract talent to the Board? I think this is been a little blown out of proportion. They have requested and increase in Directors fees as they have additional directors on the board now and possibly more in the future. No big deal really.
Like all I would like the SP heading north, but if it's that bad, why is one of the worlds larger investment houses buying this stock EVERY day?
