Please try and understand the documents that are in our possession before jumping on the mates band wagon. Mr James and the Chairman are asking us for funds to add expertise and diversity to the existing Board. This is not about reserves, GSA or in fact Mr James. This issue is about a request fro OUR board for funds to add additional board members. If the vote fails, then the status quo remains and I am not happy if this is the sad outcome driven by a lack of understanding of what is being asked. Please re read the documents!
