Re: directors owning shares: PL says: Directors are in possession of at least 13 lots of Insider Trading information at any one time - no window for at least next 12
months, due to knowledge of contract negotiations, etc. Only option would be via rights issue - might be considered in future. Participation also in conversion of the new options
issued to PL & JB - (Mihal's note: strike price = 7.5c, so technically these aren't "in the money" yet.) Stick with the Hilux before Bentley shopping, LOL
