Re: Tays China connection(s) & Efforts (as royboy mentioned above): this is what made it so difficult to vote against him. I only wish he keeps his holdings and if he loses, the current directors sit down and share their plans while he shares what he has attempted to setup. This has to be good for both parties as any further dispute/ litigation will only distract them and limit growth of our funds.
