I think its one director.
Mr Cooke was expecting to spend upwards of 90 cents per share to exercise about 700,000 options later this year.
That's upwards of $700,000. AFR wont have these options in the money buy then and they will no doubt expire.
But if Mr Cooke has the $700,000 put aside he still has a lot of 7 cent shares to buy.
He's potentially so far in front he's laughing.
