In my view, to get a finance deaql it will need for TNG to reach some sort of agreement regarding forward sales. Originally I had thought we might get that with our Chinese paeticipants but nothing has emerged and, as said before here, I am not sure it is in the Chinese interests to have our financing succeed. They may well do better if we fail and they can buy us out cheap.
Sure, a good DFS is a necessity, but we still need to be able to point to some committed buyers of our product.
