Can anyone tell me if the Directors are allowed to buy shares in ORN once they announced their Share Purchase Plan?
It seems suspect to me that the share price has risen after this announccement when in fact from past experience most company's once they announce capital raisings their share price declines.
The placement is at $0.045 and of this morning the share price sits at $0.061 which if it remained at that level would give a profit at sale of $5,333.00 less the sell brokerage???...if you take up the maximum $15,000 parcel.
What i'm suggesting is, are the Directors of ORN now buying to inflate the share price so that we take up our entitlement?
