Heard from credible source that Simon F. was about to resign from the Board for reasons that would be of concern(notwithstanding the great progress of the company over last 6 months or so). Anyone else picked up on this? Any substantiation?
Hope for holders that that is not true as he is the only one imo who can actually really drive volume through the stock absent meteoric announcements on production increases and product sales. I thought they were actualy trying to get some big hitters on the board to replace some of the more inexperienced crew?
If Simon does resign, I suspect the sp will take a bit of a hit in the short term at least (and if the hit is big enough, who knows, I may be tempted to stick my toe in the water once more...).
Anyone heard anything similar?
