I find the ASX a bit inconsistent on this.
In October 2012 when Blair Sergeant left the board, that left Olly the only Aust based director until Simon was appointed in late Jan 2013 - that is about 3 months.
So to put us in a trading halt after 1 day with one Oz based director is completely inconsistent to me. Logic says that there should be at least one months grace to find an Aussie based director.
I didn't really think Simon would have qualified as an Aust based director anyway.
