It does seem odd not to sell via a broker to an institution.... Then its also odd they decided not to take all of their performance shares....
On one hand they ensured they were tightly held so they would run on news and then on the other hand they sold into the market.....
The market was happy to take their shares at a descent price when they didn't know it was them selling.... Now that we know it was the directors, the stock took a huge dip.
The top 5 shareholders still own 45% of the stock so its not panic stations just yet but I'll be watching carefully!
