There are 7 directors on the Adherium Board.
Not one of them has bought stock on market.
It's very poor. There's no point Arik talking about the share price not reflecting the value of the company if the directors don't back him up.
While I'm on the subject of directors, it would be helpful if the chairman had some visibility in the shareholder engagement process. While he's at it, he should reduce the size of the board too.
