CM8 are too light on direction from the top. Other than Domenic Carosa, there are only another two directors.
There should be some directors with strong online and digital media experience that can bring in corporate experience.
Directors come at some cost, yes, but five directors properly governing is a stronger dynamic than three in a chat.
