Upon reaching minimum subscription, ~AU$1.6M of debt will be converted to equity under signed pre-commitments to the offer. Where subscription shortfall is available, shares will be issued in settlement of the debt to the lenders on the same terms as the offer. Where no shortfall is available (full subscription) the debt may be paid in cash or settled by shares issued as a placement.
